The Star Dance
The Star Dance is an ancestral dance where you have the opportunity to honour and remember all your ancestors.
We remember them through this dance and dedicate ourselves to these grandmothers and grandfathers of the stars. We are seeing them there.
The Star Dance has come to us through many memories, recollections, dreams and visions. By making use of ancestral heritage, activating memory, we have understood the tradition and responsibility of returning home.
The Star Dance is an ancestral dance where you have the opportunity to honour and remember all your grandparents – all our ancestors, those that are not walking amongst us any longer, all those who have preceded us. We remember them through this dance and dedicate ourselves to these grandmothers and grandfathers of the stars. We are seeing them there.
All leaders, men and women of wisdom and knowledge, scientists, mathematicians, astrologers, farmers... point to the prophesied moment for the fulfillment of our own destiny in the greatness of the spirit of the Condor, the Eagle and the Feathered Serpent.
The time has come to reclaim our legitimate natural right to return to the center and ask the universe, the earth and our heart for alignment in connection to honor and venerate those who preceded us and passed on the legacy of the relationship between heaven and earth.
Our grandparents told us that the spirits of our ancestors went to the seven-pointed star, with the promise of returning to be with us all.
This is why we are making the call, asking permission from the four directions to light the fire of the Star Dance, where we dedicate our seeds, fruits, flowers to our ancestors and toast with them.
This is the home of the South Africa Sacred Fire of Itzachilatan.
